Fuse PSP update, SMSPlus PSP question

I’m not sure how many of you are curious/impatient enough to snoop around the svn repository occasionally, but if you are, you’ve probably noticed that work on Fuse PSP 0.10.0 has already started. The upgrade is complete, what’s remaining now are fixes for old bugs, and new ones, that are a result of the upgrade.

As anticipated, the change in the code is considerable – Fuse 0.10 no longer uses lib765 by John Elliott; instead, it uses its own 765 driver.

On the SMS Plus adhoc/wifi front – if any of you have access to Chris Swindle’s version of SMSPlus PSP, and can run some quick adhoc performance tests, please see if you can respond to this post I left in the emulation forum.

It’s great to know that work has already started (I was sort of worried that you might have a backlog of work to do on some other emulators or projects, to say nothing of real life, especially with Christmas coming up).

When you say that the remaining work is bug hunting/fixing related, do you include feature adding to that list too? Please say that you’ll be incorporating some of the requested additions in FUSE PSP, such as autoloading, a cassette browser (necessary for files with more than one game in, or that require manual rewind/fastforward to a certain point), and so on?

Also, does the new FUSE PSP include the take back feature?

Thanks for letting us know that work was progressing on FUSE PSP, I am *really* looking forward to this!

My priorities at the moment are the upgrade, and the bugfixes; several features have been added (and need fixes of their own, ;) ), others may be added as time permits. The “take back” feature has not been added.
