New emulator? Yes, of course

Continuing the proud tradition of new PSP emulators is Handy PSP, the popular Atari Lynx emulator. Here are some of the features:

  • Various orientation modes (90, 270 degree rotation, vertical flip for all rotated modes)
  • Better sound support than the current PSP Lynx emulator–though not perfect still
  • Compressed save states

    Hi there this emulator is great, I have a lynx and had it since back in 1989. I was just wondering if there are plans to support PSP Slim and firmware 3.xx ?

    I can’t seem to get it to work on my PSP Slim. If you do have a 3.xx port that will owrk on the PSP Slim I’ll make sure its front page news on PSPSlimhacks.com

    I don’t have a Slim, so there’s no way for me to test whether it works on it or not. However, if you’re willing to bounce some emails back and forth to test and see if a particular build works, let me know.

    I tried running the titles but get a ‘Handy error – Zip loading problem’ message, what does this mean and how to resolve?
